What happens if I need to cancel my booking or the course/enrolment is canceled
Please get in touch 30 days prior to your booking for a full refund.
Any will only be sent to the purchaser and paid directly into their account.
30 days notice: will be eligible for a full refund.
30 – 15 days notice: will be eligible for 75% refund only
14 – 7 days notice: will be eligible for 50% refund only
0 – 7 days notice: No refund.
The space on the course is transferable to another person, if you are not able to attend you could give or re sell the space to someone else.
If extreme circumstances, beyond my control, including the current pandemic, my own sickness or extreme weather conditions in the IMMEDIATE locality (The Calder Valley) I will offer an alternative date a bit like a sports event re match if ‘rain stops play’. I will only be able to offer one specific date I cannot give unlimited choice of dates to all attending. If you are unable to attend the ‘re play’ date I will issue credit voucher to book a later date.
I cannot refund or rebook session where travel plans are interrupted from places other than in the CALDER VALLEY AREA
In all events of me canceling and refunding any event or any booking I am not responsible for any accommodation travel or any other expenses.
